I already have a British shorthair with you I needed to add my new cat to my account.
I couldn’t access my account online as I needed to add my new addition. so I called asking for help with this. Vanessa helped me through the process and set everything up for me. I had difficulty understanding how the policies work. Vanessa took her time with me to read everything out and helped me understand this.
I also asked Vanessa, if she would kindly send me a paper copy of my plan in which she has also done this for me for both my cats. She was kind and polite and took her time with me.
