From the first interaction regarding pet insurance, the service has been extremely disappointing. On the first day, our cherished dog had to be euthanized at home. I contacted the service to ask about coverage, but they couldn't provide any answers and promised to follow up. As the vet was about to arrive, I still received no clarity, just a request to fill out forms and wait. The representatives showed no empathy and were completely unfeeling. Following this, emails were sent addressed to the veterinary practice that handled our pet's euthanasia, phrased as though they were communicating with them. The messages were standard and lacked genuine concern. Our pet was on the highest coverage plan, which indicated a £1000 death benefit. Over six years, we paid around £6000 without filing any claims, yet after her passing in early November 2025, the service still expected the December payment. I found out today that they do not pay out for dogs older than 10 years. I recommend others exercise caution with this service, as they seem more focused on profit than on providing support.
