From the initial contact regarding our pet insurance, the service has been profoundly disappointing. On the first day, our beloved dog was euthanized at home. I reached out to inquire about coverage, but they were unable to provide answers and promised to call back. As the vet was about to arrive, I received no clarity, only a request for forms and to wait. The call handlers were completely unfeeling. Following this, emails were sent to the veterinary practice that euthanized our pet, written as if they were communicating with them. The messages were generic and showed no real concern. Our pet was on the highest coverage plan, suggesting a £1000 death benefit. Over six years, we paid around £6000 without making claims, yet after her passing in early November 2025, they still expected the December payment. I learned today that they do not pay out for dogs older than 10 years. I urge others to be cautious with this service, as they seem focused on profit rather than empathy.
