I received a damaged machine. The counter offer from vevor was that I wait 15 days to receive control plate and change out it myself. They sent me a video over how to do it. You buy a new machine and you have to push in labour hours on repairing it yourself? Never happend in my life, and i buy machines often. No thanks i rather throw it in the garbage. After I posted my review on their site, few days later they deleted the review. Now Im posting here so people can be warned.. All products can be damaged or faulty but its the way you treat the customer that counts. Its not a bargaining: we offer you this or that. Just fix the problem.
