I ordered a water destillation machine.They sent me a 120V device which is not usable in Europe - even though the user manual on the website specified 240V.On my support request they offered to send me a 240V >MOTOR< which they expect me to assemble myself. I do not own any tools to do this. This is ridiculous...I will gladly increase my star rating if they resolve this issue swiftly. Otherwise I can NOT recommend this shop to anyone.
