Absolutely horrible company. Bought a VEVOR inverter from them, found out that it was the wrong one (24v instead of 12v which my solar system works on). So I have ended up not using it for over 2 years (warranty period) and now that I have upgraded everything to 24v, I have found out their inverter's 240v module does not work! They said they cannot test it, then offered me £20 (!) compensation (which I refused) and asked me to get it sorted with a local electrician - on my cost - which I have told them I ma not going to do it at my cost! Now they are closing the support ticket as marking it as 'resolved'. Please stay away from these guys, you are going to lose your money. They should be shut down for supplying non-working equipment.
