Untrustworthy company

Untrustworthy company. They sold me faulty parts I have troubleshooted them and they keep giving me a runaround while I still have a broken gate. I have bought other stuff for them but never again. Buyer beware. I actually have stuff under the tree right now that is going back because I can't trust that they will stand behind their products.Order No.23112600953113517853All I need is a actuator. One is bad. Make it right and I will change this review and make it 5 star.UPDATE I have been notified that Vevor is sending me a replacement parts. I will change and update this review when the part arrives.UPDATE #2 THY HAS AGREED TO EITHER A PARTIAL REFUND OR REPLACE THE BAD PART. I CHOSE REPLACE THE BAD PART. NOW AFTER WE MADE THIS AGREEMENT THEY WANT TO START ASKING QUESTIONS AGAIN THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED. I THOUGHT THIS WAS SETTLED. NOW I TOLD THEM TO FORGET AND JUST GIVE ME THE PARTIAL REFUND AND IVE BEEN GHOSTED AGAIN. IF I DON'T HEAR BACK I WILL POST ALL THE EMAILS NEXT.Now here are the deceiving emails:We are sorry for all the inconvenience.Please accept our sincere apology.As you are are valued customer, we are willing to offer you below options:1、We resend you a replacement arm.2、How about we refund you 100 USD as a compensation?You needn't return it back.Please kindly inform us about your decision.We look forward to hearing from you soon.All the best,SnowVevor TeamI replied, please send replacement arm.Next email,Dear Customer.Thank you for contacting us.Thank you for your cooperation, we will follow up your accessory. If you have no other questions, please do not reply to this email.Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions!Best regards,VEVORAfter we had an agreement they decided to circle back to the beginning even though I was under the impression everything was resolved.Next emailDear customer,Thank you for your email.We are sorry for bothering you multiple times.Now they sent an email stalling saying my part hasn't arrived to ship then this email.Regarding your product issue, the technician would like to know whether the machine malfunctioned right after it was installed or if it malfunctioned after being used for a period of time.Once again I explained the issue and what the part did to malfunction, I said just give me the $100 refund instead because they are stalling and I'm done with them.Next email:Dear customer,Thank you for your email.We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you in this matter.If you are unwilling to continue to solve the problem by reissuing accessories, we will refund you the previously mentioned 100 USD.Since you opened a case, we need special staff to process the refund for you, please wait patiently.Now this email came today:Dear customer,Thank you for your email.We are really sorry for the unpleasant experience we brought you.Your feedback is highly valuable to us, and we are committed to improving our processes to ensure a more efficient and effective resolution in the future.Regarding your refund, the staff reported that since you opened a CASE and the case is currently under review, we cannot refund you immediately.Once the case is over, we will refund you immediately
