Placed an order 4 times, 2 times the product arrives defective, money back seems impossible. I will post this review after the last delivery. everything is being tried again to not pay back anything, after more than a week of emailing and photos and film that I had to make and submit, it was said that the product is good and that the rattling and the pieces that fall out are not bad is that I don't have to investigate what rattles and I can just use it, it is a flammable dangerous product. I have made it clear that it is very wrong advice to plug a flammable product that rattles and pieces fall out into the socket. first there was no response, then 20 euros compensation was offered, then 50 euros was offered. weeks of nagging. vevor does not send a return address and no refund, but they offer ridiculously low compensation amounts that do not cover the product. my money is good and i need a good product. I want a good product or my money back, nothing else. luckily I ordered insured with visa. never order from vevor again. what a crap.
