I just got my product and I'm fairly happy with it. However, I took away one star after discovering it was made in China post-purchase. Many are mentioning a subscription they claim they didn't sign up for, but the details were clearly provided during purchase unless the information has changed. I bought it recently, and canceling was straightforward; they clearly state it’s a subscription. I suspect some people may not read carefully and rush their purchases. Cancelling my subscription was one of the easiest processes I've encountered. Canceling a service like Amazon audio can take hours.
