Some staff members are not approachable, and the management seems indifferent to complaints. Several staff have departed, and those who remain are not addressing the serious issues. I cannot recommend this veterinary hospital due to their failures in protocol and lack of transparency. If you care about your pets, I advise seeking another veterinary service.
