This veterinary hospital used to be reliable, but many things have changed for the worse. The reception staff can be rude and unapproachable, and I have overheard them speaking negatively about clients. While the veterinarians are generally good, there have been instances where they have prolonged treatment unnecessarily, causing suffering to the animals. The treatment costs are significantly higher than at other practices, even those with hospital status. Complaints are not taken seriously, and many of the competent staff have left. There have been serious incidents involving medication errors, and the hospital has not been transparent about these issues. I strongly recommend looking for another veterinary service.
