I visited the Veterinary Hospital at Skellingthorpe Lincoln today 31st August for the first time with my dog with an opintment for 09.45am , upon arrival which I was 15mins early I was greeted and that was that.My dog was Barking at another dog as they do which immediately sent the staff into complete ignorance mode.09.45 am came and went as one appointment over ran by 15mins, the receptionist didn't bother to tell us of this delay , I may as well being invisible.When we did finally get in to see the Vet, she made no effort to calm my dog prior to his Booster injection, she did not check his eyes ,ears or general health. When she attempted to inject him the needle was to to large for a small Jack Russell, it was more appropriate for an elephant.In all our consultation took 3mins and £55.Needless to say I will not be returning and I will be advising everyone I know to Avoid at all cost
