After having checked the various feedback on this site and on a Facebook group I decided to take the plunge and order some medicine from Viagcial. Their service and communication via WhatsApp is excellent. They sent me pictures of the parcel and kept me up to date with the progress of the journey to Australia. It took about 7 days to get to Australia but it took customs another week to process it, but they did not open the parcel.
