In addition to my recent review, I was told they were now shipping my order on 11/4/2024 since it was never sent before. Come to find out they never sent it until 11/7/2024. The shipment was lost and I was messaging them that there was no shipping updates for several days and then package was now lost. I asked if they had a protocol to replace this. I’ve been being ignored once again!! Mind you I ordered this medication 10/30/2024 and it’s 10/23/2024. I’m out $210 and have no medication and no replacement.
