I bought two tickets, confirmed the flight and then receuvrd a call at 2:30am saying they were charging me 285 dollars more. They blamed the airline. When i asked them to cancel my flight the6 said they couldnt and instead charged my account and refused to honor the original price paid. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS SITE!!! THEY ARE THIEFS!!!!!6.22.25 I just got an email stating this company is claiming defamation and wants more details. HERE you go:I purchased 2 tickets at like 8am Mexico time on 6.7.25 and was quoted around $630 dollars. I paid, received two emails, called and confirmed flight at around 1 or 2 pm MX time, received a call from this company saying my confirmation email was on the way, Never received it, card was not charged at this point. At 2:30am on 6.8.25 MX Time i was woken up by a call from this company saying they couldnt confirm the flight and needed to charge me more money per person. Blamed the airline and said it was out of their control. BOTH my mom and I asked the agent to cancel the flight 3 or 4 times, and were told it could not be done. After the 3rd or 4th request to cancel, the agent charged my card $732 dollars with the verbal warning that a second charge of $85dollars would also appear on my account., making a total cost of approx $811 dollars. We didnt agree to any of this, they charged the account anyways and then sent me confirmation emails and boarding passes. This company wants to claim defamation instead of taking responsibility for their dishonesty. Im not lying nor do i have reason to lie. You tried to take advantage in a dishonest way. I am angry. I do not want to talk to your company ever again. In my point of view i only owe you $630 dollars. Whatever the issue, it is not my fault you or responsibility that your website, agent or airline didnt charge me correctly from the begining. You ruined a beautiful trip for no reason other than greed. We all know you could have canceled the flight reservation at my initial request, you choose not to and arbitrarily charged my account.
