Completely ridiculous and terrible company, Alaska airlines cancelled my flight TWICE in one day, and so we just asked for a refund. In the meantime because we had posted a bad review about the service, in the beginning they allowed us to make the reservations and then called us two days later to tell us that we had to pay them 50 dollars MORE. WHATTTTT? No! Once I spoke with a supervisor they magically no longer required that 50 dollars, ODD. But we then went and alaska cancelled the flight twice, and we just asked for a refund, when I called them the rep told me 3 weeks after we still didn't have the refund "Take down your bad review and we will send you a refund" WHATTTTT? that should have been expected based on the unethical experience we already had with them. If you want to be lied to and stolen from. USE THESE GUYS. If you want a simple easy lie free experience, go somewhere else. We literally had to do a chargeback to get the money back.
