I received help through Emily who emailed me about the resolution of my problem. Even though I never used this service and I was expecting a full refund, I was told by some one else that I would get a partial refund. Which this did not make me very happy, since I have not used this program, nor do I recall signing up for it. I was told that Emily would try to rectify this matter, and the matter is pending. Looking forward to a positive resolution of a full refund.
