They couldn't repair my belts (one was broken, which I wasn't aware of), and while communication was good initially, it took a long time to send it back. They offered just under half of what I paid, which I somewhat understood since they attempted the repairs. However, I discovered one wasn't broken and managed to fix it myself quickly. I had to chase multiple times for the refund, and they eventually cancelled it. Despite reaching out, I was ignored, even though they were active on social media. I had to go through a payment service for a partial refund, losing £30 and experiencing a long wait of 3 months. I tried multiple times to contact them but received no response. UPDATE: I just noticed they had damaged the other belt.
