WATCH OUT. these guys are one step shy of scammers, and i’ve literally never had anyone be so rude to me via email support. i don’t usually write bad reviews, but this was a year ago now and i still cant let it go, so i feel i have to warn you and others not to go anywhere near this company. AUTO RENEW is turned on by default, which i was unaware of. they charged me $347. i caught it almost immediately and reached out (within the hour they charged me) to say it was a mistake and to please cancel my subscription and refund me please. not only did he gaslight me saying “you should know every company including netflix turns on auto-renew, that’s on you” but he straight up insulted me to my face saying “i keep track of every expense including my kids bubble gum money, this is on you buddy”. yeah man, that’s why i contacted you immediately when i noticed 347 missing from my account…he said some other stuff as well. i’ve literally never had anyone be so rude. i have screenshots. i hope others find this review so they can STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYDO NOT USE VIBERATE PLEASE
