I just had a very upsetting experience with this company. I urge you not to work with them. I had bought a year subscription not knowing I would be auto charged for a second year. I haven't used the app in over 5 months. When I saw the charge, I told them I would not need the subscription anymore and asked for a refund. They refused me a refund on the ground of their terms of service. This is possibly the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a subscription based service. Never In my life have a I been denied a refund on a subscription purchase that was a mistake
