The platform is solid, very simple to use, and easy to navigate even if you have zero experience. The tutorials are a great touch and make it easy to get started. I was able to create ranked videos almost right away, which was impressive.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to be consistent with it right now, so I’m holding off on subscribing for the moment.
I did run into a small issue with billing. I thought I had canceled before the trial ended, but I was charged. It turned out to be my mistake. I had accidentally signed up with two different email addresses and only canceled one of them. I reached out to support, and they responded right away. Once they understood what happened and that I had intended to cancel, they closed the second account and refunded the charge.
I was genuinely impressed with how quickly they responded and resolved everything. Highly recommend this app.
