My return was delivered on 2nd July via DHL. Vibram has never sent me any emails or confirmation about my return, even though I wrote several emails to e-commerce. Seems like they just blocked or filtered our my email, because I don't even receive the automatic reply anymore. I also tried to contact your team by phone today, and after I started explaining the issue, the call was abruptly disconnected by the person who answered.
