I have been practicing medicine for about 27 years and have been in the wellness field for 20+ years and utilized most labs in the field, unfortunately highly disappointed with Vibrant after ordering labs and functional testing from them the past few years i have found the lab data to be inaccurate, clinically not relevant or missing in recent cases. They are also poor on the business side not remorseful for hemolyzed blood with completely inaccurate results showing just high potassium in a patient who has numerous labs and definitively does not have high potassium they are not willing to refund the extreme costs of these tests that they should automatically do or offer a redraw. They have also been using more vague ways of relaying results rather than sticking to numbers and data while driving costs up all seems rather 'shady' as that word fits it best. At this point they have charged for results they are not able to provide due to lab issues and not willing to refund the fees, we have to remember this is in the name of patient care and wellbeing and the patient wants their money back due to erroneous results and missing results and it should be their duty to immediately refund rather than unfortunately try to scam which sadly it appears to be what is happening, otherwise they would handle this professionally as a reputable lab and business would.
