My husband is a patient and Vibrant Wellness is refusing to upload his test results in the portal or send them to him. They sent the results to his practitioner, but not to him or the portal. I stated that this is in violation HIPAA Privacy Rule (45 CFR § 164.524), and they will no longer respond.
