If your estate agent tells you they have booked this mob to do a survey then do yourself a favour and ask them to get someone else, if that’s not possible you better strap in and be ready for a bumpy ride!!!!
Followed the link I was sent and booked an appointment on line for a VESA at my late father’s house. Couple of days later got a phone call asking me to book an appointment for someone to attend to do it. I told the lady that it had already been done on line, gave her the reference, time & date, she said she would check and call me back. She didn’t. So I made my way to the property in good time for the appointment I booked, no one turned up. Phoned up to find out what’s going on. After 30 mins on hold switched to the suggested Web Chat Service - “Currently Unavailable”. Back on the phone 30 mins more got bored, switched to the suggested SMS service - No one answered. So here I sit on hold again, been 40 minutes more and no one has answered and no one has turned up!!!! So I think I will call in at the Estate Agent on the way home and ask if there is a competent company they can get in touch with to do this!!!
As I type they finally answered the phone!!! They have no record of my appointment and no record of them calling me or that they were supposed to get back to me to confirm!!!!
Do yourself a favour AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
