I purchased a vibrant life dog toy (purple monkey) A level 3 chew toy, Yesterday afternoon at About 3:30.By 2 PM today the arm was detached the stuffing and squeaker were ripped out of the head and the rope was all over my living room floor.. My dog is a twelve-year-old mixed breed lab, I called the phone number on the back of the tag and was told that they could not give me the phone number to vibrant life. Told me if I wanted to I could attempt to return it to Walmart for a gift card. I have looked several places and never have been able to find anything above a level 3 when it comes to a vibrant life toy, all I want them to do is talk to me, and let me explain to them what happened. And maybe have them replace it, that would be awesome. Unfortunately that's not gonna happen when Walmart is not allowed to divulge their phone number and I have not been able to find it online...
