I placed an order set to ship on 20 November. A week later, I still have no tracking number, no confirmed shipping date, and no clear answers from the support team. I've received multiple conflicting replies and still don't know if my items have left the warehouse. They seem to outsource their customer service and they are unaware of the order status. I've asked for escalation multiple times, but nothing has been resolved. I will update my review if the order is shipped or refunded, but currently, the communication and delays have been very disappointing. I submitted a dispute with my card issuer, which finally prompted a response. They are now asking for my order number and may claim I didn't respond to their emails, but this is only after I submitted the dispute.
