Placed an order on 30.11. This was shipped 6 days later and as per tracking accepted by Royal Mail, but after this there were no further scans and order was not received. It’s now 2 months later and I am still trying to get a refund, but customer service is pushing me around after originally claiming they’d refund if there was no update soon (this was mid December)I’d avoid doing business with them
