No customer service when emailed multiple times, no reply what so ever after nearly a month. I ordered 3 items and received 2 of the items and when asked if the 3rd item had maybe have been sent separately or if it has went out of stock, I asked via email and hadn't had a reply for a good few days. So I emailed again. Never heard anything back to this day and I lost out on £12.99 necklace. I didn't express any anger or rudeness, I simply just still wanted my necklace and actually still do but if I could, I would file for a refund but either way I haven't heard from them nor received my item I never gotten. Unfortunate as I loved this small business but the complete ignore upon contacting customer services has completely ruined my trust in shopping with them again. (this is a secondary email address).
