I purchased two cameras in January of 2025 and purchased a Vicohome monitoring year long subscription. By May, one camera wasn't working. When I asked for Vicohome's help, I was told to "rebind" them. I did what they said. The inoperative camera still did not work and then both cameras were no longer attached to the subscription. I tried for weeks to get help or a refund but was absolutely ghosted by Vicohome's customer service. I am very disappointed in Vicohome's not standing behind their product.
