The staff taking my blood and all measurements was very nice and professional, results came back as quickly as mentioned (2 days) and very reader friendly format. I also liked that the report had a few pages at the end for doctor review, which was just results and references, without all the graphs for patient. would definitely do it again and recommend to others. If there is one thing I wished she did differently was alert me when she took my blood pressure and was 157/123 that I should follow up with gp ASAP - ended up being sent to a&e by my gp after they saw the results 3 days later.
