I've been a customer for a few years now and my subscription has just auto-renewed. I have had no warning of this until the payment was taken. I asked to cancel and to get a refund however I was informed that this was not possible as it was after the renewal.For me, this is unfair trading as prior warning should be given before a renewal. I'd avoid this company at all costs. The product is nowhere near as good as it was and the way they treat customers is very unfair. Save your money.
