A great product, when it works and you can access what you're paying for. For months now, every month my access to premium templates is removed even though my subscription has been paid. This just keeps on happening and they seem unable to fix it. I'm now beyond frustrated, I'm getting pretty mad. It's just ridiculous and it's not good enough.They used to have live chat support, that seems to be gone now. So if you have any problems, expect to wait 24 plus hours to get a resolution.They seem to be focussed on new products, but they need to get the basics right.I will keep looking for an alternative. As soon as I find one, I'm gone.
