I have used video 125 for many years and enjoy their presentations. My only criticism of their procedure is that, since they started downloads, they give you a link to download your recordings, but this is only available for a certain time.I believe what they should do is allow you to set up an account so that you can go and re-download your purchases at any time. it is very possible that they can have a limit on the number of downloads you can have, but this would save a lot of hassle. It would also enable you to keep track of which recordings you have had from them. I have also recently written to them as I am visually impaired and I noted they are now using more text on screen during their driver IVs. In the past, they used to have the text but they also used to speak it at the same time which was much more inclusive.
