The service claimed to create an MKV file that would allow the entire movie to play, but it didn’t work at all. When I requested a refund, which was supposed to be unconditional, I was told I had to redo everything and provide log files. I had already uninstalled the product before learning about this requirement. Overall, the product is disappointing and does not honor its warranty.
