The Gambling Commission regulations are very clear. They stipulate that Operators cannot allow deposits and play without verification, and then refuse withdrawals because of the same non-verification. Video Slots breach this regulation and then claim that their T&C's allow them to do this. They will say exactly that in their response to this review, of course. Don't believe them. Obviously, internal T&Cs are superceded by government regulation. This is the case in any regulated industry. But they'll claim (lie) otherwise.
The complaint has gone into the GC. So they will deal with Video Slots. Avoid these scammers at all costs. They owe me £1,000. I'll get it back through the County Court, but I really shouldn't have to go to that effort.
Anyone can look up the GC's rules about Operators withholding customer's balances under the fake guise of verification. Well, anyone apart from Video Slots, evidently.
