To the vidIQ Management,
I am filing a formal complaint regarding an unauthorized transaction of $19.00 made on March 14, 2026, at 10:32 (Transaction ID: 41093736). This money was deducted from my Visa card (ending in 8638).
I am extremely disappointed because I never intended to buy a subscription; I only used a free trial months ago. Most importantly, the Google account linked to this billing was DELETED a long time ago. I have provided proof that the account does not exist, yet your support team continues to ignore this fact and refuses to issue a refund.
For me, $19.00 is a very expensive amount of money. I never imagined that a global company like vidIQ would have such terrible service and ignore a clear technical error. The stress of this situation and your team's refusal to help has caused a significant decline in my health. It is unacceptable to charge a card for a service linked to a non-existent account.
I demand an immediate refund for this error. I will continue to share my experience on all public platforms until this injustice is corrected.
