It was my first time of using VIDORA services. I did not think it would work but had nothing to lose. My experience: 1) the application was simple and straightforward2) although the system noted that the process might take from 1 to 3 months, the claim processing was much shorter, less than a month.3) the reimbursement procedure was super simple again.4) my experience with VIDORA deserves full positive score as it is very rare to find such efficient and effective, and moreover contactless, services that could work so well. 5) I hope to not experience future flight delays, but in such cases I will and recommend using VIDORA for a complete and satisfactory service.
