The Viennapass is a very good idea. Even so, I think they need to improve their queue management. We encountered some problems. For example, we couldn't get into the riding school because the Spanish tour had been at 10:00 and the English tour was already full. We also had to wait 6 hours to enter the Sissi Museum. We arrived around 11am and they gave us our tickets for almost 5pm. And, if you want to visit Schönbrunn Palace, you should go to the Group Center very early to book a time slot. The Vienna Pass only grants access to some of the palace's rooms. For an additional €9, you can enter the entire palace. The gardens are free for everyone.On the one hand, all of this information should be clearly provided before purchasing the ViennaPass. On the other hand, online booking of visit times for each site could be implemented so that everyone can plan their own itinerary without wasting time or missing out on attractions.
