I used this service to try to find my phone and paid about a dollar, not realizing it was a subscription plan. It didn't track my phone at all, and the next day I was charged nearly $50. I contacted them right away for a refund and to cancel my account. They offered to refund half or suggested waiting 30 days for a full refund. I took the partial refund and accepted my loss. This feels like a scam; the service is ineffective and they just take your money.
