We've had the Vitodens 100-W for nearly 3 months and it's the most unreliable boiler we've ever had. Only a 50/50 chance of getting hot water, and we never know if the heating is going to come on the next day!The Gas engineer is a regular visitor but can't get to the bottom of the problem.This is a update review from yesterday. The Gas engineer came back this morning and as we had all new radiators and pipes as well as the boiler he took up the floor boards again to check for leaks. He found when the boards were replaced 3 months ago one board was screwed through the pipe work, a replacement pipe has been put in. Fingers crossed 🤞 we should have heat in future and it wasn't an issue with the boiler.
