I booked an emergency visa for same-day service, which was advertised. However, they could only provide this in Ho Chi Minh, and since our flight was to Da Nang, we requested a refund, which was granted. This was on September 9. We were told the refund would process by the end of the month. Now, on October 14, after contacting the company last week, they said it would be processed by the end of the week. This week, they repeated the end-of-month timeline. Today, they claimed the refund was processed, but we haven't received anything. Avoid this service at all costs. They charged us $299 for an emergency visa that was never delivered, and the promised refund is still pending. UPDATE: After several excuses regarding the refund, they finally acknowledged an error on their part after I threatened to leave negative reviews and file a police report, and the refund is now being processed. I would not recommend this service.
