So, I was a little apprehensive about using this service for my mother's visa, but I did not have enough time to send her passport to a consulate in the USA. Then, my mother left the USA without the stamping fee. I was beyond concerned at this point! I contacted the company and they told me that they would take the money when meeting her if I paid via PayPal. I immediately paid and they confirmed.Her flight was over an hour delayed at 2 AM, but the representative met her, took her through the process and was extremely polite. I was glad because this was her first time travelling outside of the USA. She said that the representative was the best part about the trip (to that point). I could not be happier with this company!
