We had a fantastic golf trip organized by the service. We were impressed with how they managed to cancel a hotel stay for a couple just three days before our departure due to medical issues. They also refunded miscellaneous charges and some golf fees to the couple. The tour to Bana Mountain for non-golfers was well organized with an English-speaking guide.
