I used vietnamvisa.govt.vn to apply for a 1 day expedited visa to Vietnam. I paid $139. They sent me an email on the 8th of August apologizing that they can’t provide me with a visa and promised me a full refund in the next 5-10 working days waiting. It’s been 15 days. And I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve tried everything, from calling them, no one answers. To texting them on WhatsApp, still no response to even writing emails. No one is responding. It’s CB really frustrating and unfortunate because I really thought it was a trusted site.
