I recently tried to withdraw $250 from them and I am sure you can guess where this is going to go. Couple days later it says my withdrawal was declined and they left me with $30. I got in touch with live support to be told that i violated the bonus terms by playing Reactoonz with a bonus. Why is the game playable if it violates the bonus terms!! I checked it out and I lost a total of $14.08 playing Reactoonz so it really didn't help with my winnings. Every other above board site will not let you play a restricted bonus game until the bonus is up. They try to set you up for failure here. Horrible site which should be closed down soon from all the negative reviews I have read. I wish I had read them before playing there so live and learn.
