I placed an order with Vigorbuy and completed the payment, but only afterward they informed me that I would need to make an additional payment for an international shipping fee. When I asked how much that fee would be, they simply told me to check their website, even though no clear amount was listed and they said it depended on the weight, brand, and other factors.
The most frustrating part is that before placing the order, I was told that a refund could be issued before the order was shipped. However, when I requested my money back because of these unexpected extra charges, they refused and said they could not process any refund.
This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Customers should be told all costs clearly before payment is taken, not after.
