I have had weeks of videos freezing, endless buffering, or video freeze but audio continues. I made several reports, no response, no resolution. I have been watching Viki since Drama Fever went off the air and initially I had no problems other than translation was not as good as Drama Fever. However, weeks of these types of problems with no resolution and reading other reviewers also experiencing the same problems, it is time to cancel my premium subscription.
