I ordered a filing cabinet from Viking online and they advised me that it would arrive the next day. I paid for it online by debit card. This was over a month ago. The next day I waited for my delivery which did not arrive. 3 Days later I received a phone call from the delivery company saying they would deliver the following week. I asked them to cancel this delivery as it was now too late. I then asked Viking for a refund which they said they would organise. I then rang again to be told that they had not asked me to pay online. I have emailed them around 5 times showing proof that the payment left my bank but they are telling me I need further proof of payment. I have sent the screen shot of my online banking and also a scanned copy of my bank statement which they say isn't enough proof. Don't use this company as it is now going to mean I will need to make a claim through the small claims court to get my money back.
