Order not received - Avoid

Opened an account and placed an order on the 7th May, with expected delivery on the 11th May. Have chased it by chat as this is the only option at the moment and despite me receiving an order confirmation they have no record or my order. They've told me to re-order and they will arrange a refund in 14 days! Fear not I won't be re-ordering with Viking DirectChat team is based in South Africa.
